Friday's Favorite Family Foto

Deborah of Pictures Pots and Pens is hosting Friday's Favorite Family Fotos. Please stop by her blog to see who else is posting and be sure to visit them as well.

The pictures I am sharing today are of Tim and Mackenzie. They were taken about 3 years ago. Brittainy worked on weekends back then and I would watch Mackenzie on Saturdays. This weekend I pulled out one of Tim's old pop up play tents and he and Mackenzie played in it for quite some time.

They are close enough in age to be brother and sister but Tim is Mackenzie's uncle...and he's only 7 years older than her. :)

Please be sure to visit Deborah's blog for more Friday's Favorite Family Fotos.

take care,
Dawn

Hi Dawn,
My girls had a pop-up tent like that, but it was pink! They used to have such fun! These were great pictures today that show a strong connection between them.

Hi Dawn, your photos are precious today. Tim and Mackenzie are so cute. The tent is every kids little place where they can have the most fun.

I had an uncle that was only three years older than me. He was always like a cousin though.

have a wonderful day and weekend.

I think kids of any age love tents - homemade or store bought. We have a pink castle tent and a Thomas the Train tent and all the grandkids play in them...and the cats love them!

Cute picture of Tim and MacKenzie!
Thanks for sharing them.

How cute they are! It's so great that they are close in age. My eldest nephew is only 3 years younger then I and we remained close as we grew up. I know T and M will too.
Thanks for sharing your beautiful family and have a wonderful weekend!

My ex-husband remarried and he and the new wife just had a baby boy through the mircles of modern medicine! He is 54 and she is 48, and my granddaughter is 2-1/2. She is older than her "Uncle" too. Cute pictures, thanks for sharing!
Take care, Sue

Hi Dawn
In answer to the question you left me on Friday??

I think it would have to be "Married Prince Charming and Lived Happily Ever After".
I tried it once without success...now Marc and I have been together..but in our way (see a post from earlier) for over 11 years. So its not the same at this point.
there you go!
Judi

hope you've had a great weekend and I'm sure you've been enjoying Jack and Mackenzie!!

Hi dawn, I came over to thank you for your kind words and comment about the sad time in our family right now. I appreciate it so much. I know you have just gone through the same sadness and you understand how hard it is to lose someone so young. thank you for being a faithful blogging friend.

Those are two cuties you have there, and they have both grown so much.

We had that same firetruck tent at our house. ;-)

I have fallen behind on blog reading again. Today I am catching up on yours. These pictures are so cute. My mom's brother is 20 years younger than she is, so I have an uncle only 6 years older than me and his wife is 5 years older than me. I was a junior bridesmaid in their wedding.

I just realized that I already commented on this post once. I must be having senior moments. LOL!
