Never in all my years....

I went grocery shopping this past weekend and picked up bananas.  Tim loves bananas!  On Sunday morning Tim brought me a banana that he took off the bunch to show me how BIG it was.

To prove how big it looked Tim held it up next to a regular sized banana.  I am surprised that I didn't even notice the big one when I was shopping.  I was paying more attention to how ripe they looked.  Of course when he showed me I had to get my camera and take pictures.

When Tim peeled the banana I saw something that I have never seen in my life.  Inside were two bananas connected side by side.

You can click on the picture for a close up look at the DOUBLE banana.

I am curious.  Have you ever seen something like that before?

take care,
Dawn

Ooh, totally freaky! I think it should bring good luck. My mother always says a double-yolked egg brings good luck. So ... then a double banana has to be good luck.

I once cracked an egg with three yolks. I am still experiencing the good luck from that one. ;-)

Tell Timmy that I said good observation.

Dawn, I love coming here and finding a new post from you to begin my day. Keep it up!!! Great job!

LOL...we had a Siamese banana one time, too! And as you'll notice I haven't forgotten about it. :)

Btw, wow...how grown-up Tim is looking these days! How does that happen so quickly?!!

Double yolks yes, double banana no. Did it taste normal? Wouldn't that make a great banana split? For 2 or 3 people at least!

I have never seen a banana like that as far as I remember. Pretty crazy! Hope it tasted just as good too.

These will spare you from wasting a lot of paper filters in the future. This is green for the planet, and saves the green in your wallet. Many reusable filter enthusiasts also think their coffee tastes better this way.

If your defender is playing you low, pass the ball to teammates using the overhead pass. Be aware of where your teammate will catch the ball. If you throw it too low, the ball will be uncontrollable. If you throw it too high, your teammate may not catch the ball at all.

On the off chance that you have wretchedness however you would prefer not to take an upper, you might need to consider attempting a natural cure, for example, St. John's Wart. Studies have demonstrated that specific home grown cures are similarly as successful, if not more viable than solution antidepressants.
