Last week Tim spent the school week in Truro. For those of you not familiar with Cape Cod, Truro on near the tip of the Cape. It is a fifth grade tradition to spend the week in Truro, at the National Seashore.
The National Environmental Education Development(NEED) Collaborative is a publicly-funded environmental science school, administered by the Dennis-Yarmouth, Harwich, and Falmouth school systems in partnership with the Cape Cod National Seashore. Created over thirty years ago to educate Cape Cod youth about their own unique environment, the Collaborative is a week-long residential school serving every fifth-grade class from the administering school districts throughout the school year. Located in the former Pamet Coast Guard Station on Ballston Beach in Truro, the director and a staff of naturalists teach a curriculum that emphasizes natural history, coastal ecology, and experiential education.
Tim left from school on Monday and returned on Friday. He told me that he had a wonderful time there and was quite sad to leave. I remember when Brittainy went in fifth grade. She wasn't as enthusiastic as Tim was. She doesn't like to admit it, but she missed her mom very much.
I gave Tim two disposable cameras to bring and here are a few of his pictures.
It was very quiet around here with him gone and nice to have him back home again.
take care,

What a wonderful opportunity for kids to learn and have a great time also. I would have missed my Mom too, I think girls do that. Great job on the photos, Tim!
What a really neat trip for Tim and so great that he had a wonderful time.
Good for Timmy. He has a great eye, and is quite the photographer. I'm glad he had such a wonderful time.
And, I'm glad the coffee filters have been preempted. Love you, Dawn.
WOW!!! That is just such an awesome experience for those kiddos! I'm jealous for my munchkins. ;)
I'm so glad he had a great time! And he got some gorgeous photos, too!
What a great experience for Tim! He took some great photos, too; better get him a digital camera and set him loose!
There is a place out here where kids went for field trips. With all the budget cuts I don't know if they still do that. Tim got some great pictures! A budding photographer!!

Going it alone when buying or selling a house is possible, but difficult. A good agent will help you find the right house or the right buyer. Agents will also handle the overwhelming paperwork that comes with real estate transactions.

The easiest and most fool-proof method is to place green coffee beans on a baking tray and roast them in the oven. Preheat the oven at the highest temperature and roast the beans until you hear them start to crack.

Always try and play against players that are better than you. That's how you improve your game the fastest. Not only do you see and learn what they do, but you just get better yourself from playing against them. You'll figure out what works and what doesn't work pretty quickly.
