Have I taken on too much???

I don't know if I have taken on too much, but I am going to give it my all! I signed up to begin a graduate certificate program. Last night was the first class. I spent the weekend reading the text book and doing a very small assignment. The class I am currently taking is Foundations of Instructional Technology. The meeting tonight was the only one that will be face to face. The rest is all online and will require a bit of my time. I have to figure out how to manage my time and still do some of the things I like/need to do. If my time blogging is sporadic I hope you understand why!

Yesterday I had a required observation by the principal at school. (Today is my second and last for the year). I also had to go to a child study meeting regarding a boy in my class I have concerns about. Then, I had to go back for a quick meeting with the principal. After school I had to go to the local community college for my class. I feel like all day yesterday was such a blur!

I am so sorry I haven't been able to get to your blogs. It doesn't mean I don't love you !

take care,
Dawn

Love you too, Dawn! ;o) But what exciting days! Your new studies sound very interesting. I will be curious to learn how you like the whole study-class online approach to learning for something like this. Hope today is a little more slower-paced...Happy week! ((HUGS))

Hi Dawn,
Good luck with your certification! I know you must be very busy...I don't see how you manage to do all the posting that you do!

I still love you even if you don't visit each day. BTW, I tagged you! If you are too busy, don't worry about doing it!

You're doing it the right way: one foot in front of the other. Do the most important things first. Eventually, you'll be finished and amazed that you were able to accomplish so much, but you won't remember much of the blurs!

Good luck with your new endeavor. I used to go to night school while working. That took me 7 years. I sometimes wonder how I did it.

Okay, so know I need to sit down and rest after reading your post. I'm tired for you!
Good luck with your course and just remember "one thing at a time".
I hope the observation goes well and that the parents are open to your concerns regarding their child. That can be tough sometimes.
Hugs and we'll be here!

Good for you Dawn! You sound awfully busy but it will be worth it in the end.

I also wanted to comment on your post from a couple days ago. I read "The Host" and it was really good. I hate to say, I might have liked it better than the "Twilight" series. I don't know what I was expecting, but I thought those were just OK. Fun to read but just OK. "The Host" was a little slow in the beginning but I ended up really enjoying it. Let me know what you think if you get it!

To answer your question if I have ever visited a blog I try to write it down in my notebook so I could go back. I also keep ideas that pop into my head for blog posts. Just random things associated with blogging.
