The Man Song

A friend sent this video to my on Monday. I opened it up and starting laughing. My dear husband and son heard it playing and came into my computer room to see what it was all about. They both stood here laughing. (Though I believe Tim was more taken by the puppet than the words!)

Yesterday we got out of school an hour early because of the snowy weather. There was lots of slush from the rain and snow mix.

I am writing this on Tuesday night and crossing my fingers that we will have a snow day tomorrow, though I don't think that is likely. There should be time for the plows and sanders to get out before school starts.

We have a two hour snow delay today so I got to stay home a little longer this morning. Now, I'm off to school.

I also wanted to send a big thank you to those of you who were so understanding of my blogging dilemma Why isn't there more time in a day! Because I got home a bit early yesterday I was able to complete and post one assignment. I don't like putting things off to the last minute.

I hope you all are enjoying this day with something you like to do!

take care,
Dawn

Morning laughs are some of the best kind--thanks, Dawn!

And hooray on finishing up an assignment! I'm like you--I can't stand having things hanging over my head, I'd rather get them done ahead of time instead of waiting until the last minute.

I hope you had lots of snow, and that you are home having a jammie day.

Hi Dawn
Oh I know there just isn’t enough time in a day. I end up making little lists thinking maybe I won’t run out of time if I focus on just those things at a time..sadly I wanna do more. Hmmmmm..
I love that video…he the man alright..*lol*…and the funny thing is its kind of true isn’t it? silly.
Well we haven’t had snow and so we haven’t even had threats of snow days. Too bad you couldn’t stay home Dawn. Just think about the days in June when you’ll be out on time! That’ll make up for it.
Have a super day.
I’m so glad you found me…whew. I just have to remember to post from my new home…
*hugs*
Judi

Hi Dawn! That Man Song was too cute!!

Whew! You have lots going on in your life!! I know how hectic those school schedules can be--I did that for several years and I DO NOT MISS IT!! I don't think folks who are not in education realize it is not a 9-5 job by any stretch! Taking classes during the school year is tough, too! I always managed to "ruin" my summers by doing that! :)
I have always been amazed at how much you accomplish, Dawn. You are a real Go Getter!! Dana

LOL! What a good song, tee hee.
Glad you got your assignment done and posted. I hope you are doing well and hanging in there. I wonder if you got your snow day?
Hugs! Keep up all your good work. I know you'll make it through!

Here I am looking for my comment of yesterday and I guess it is on your earlier post. It doesn't take much to confuse me these days. LOL. I hope your snow is melting now. It is raining like crazy here. High winds too. There are TALL trees on the forest side of our drive. They could hit our house if one fell. Sigh. It's not a common thing.

Hope you had a good day. DON'T FORGET IDOL!!

Hugs...Jeanne
