My original intent for a post today was not this! I am totally frustrated!! If you read my blog you know that I have been having computer woes. In the last four days I have been on the phone with DELL for more than three hours trying to get my computer to work!
I have done EVERYTHING several times to find out what is happening. I had a tech guy here on Wednesday putting in a new video card and I still have the problem of my computer shutting down. On Friday I was back on the phone with the support people from DELL (who by the way have been very nice, though I admit by the end of the third hour I was loosing my cool!) and he had me leave my computer on for an hour and half (it was four hours before he called me back at my bed time!) Yesterday I tried unsuccessfully to call three times before I got through and went through many of the same steps but many new ones only to have them tell me that the power supply is the culprit.
I am expecting an email today with the dispatch info for the new power supply. Cross your fingers and any thing else you can think to cross that this will finally fix the problem!!!!!!
Thanks for letting me whine. I need someone to listen to me!
