A couple of weeks back I was making French toast for breakfast and while Rich and Timmy were eating, I got out my trusty camera, grabbed a kitchen chair, stood on it with said camera in hand trying to get a picture of the breakfast I was making. Rich looked at me quite puzzled while I was taking the picture and asked if I was doing it to prove that I do feed him! And yes I do LOL! Our grocery store sells a maple bread (and a cinnamon bread that I like better, but this week I was trying to please Rich) that is just perfect for French toast. I sometimes buy a loaf, but several batches and then freeze it so Rich can take some out of the freezer and pop in it the toaster for breakfast during the week. I used to make a big breakfast every Sunday but I slowed down because I really don't like breakfast food. I am happy with a bowl of cereal, or some fresh fruit...and let's not forget a BIG cup of coffee!!!
